Rudolf Diesel invented the diesel engine in 1892

– Cylinder head: the area that covers the upper part of the cylinder and contains valves that act on the introduction of air and fuel into the cylinder, as well as on the extraction of burned materials.

– Piston: the lower end of the cylinder is closed and the energy of combustion is transferred in the cylinder to the fixing column.

– Arm: changes the movement of the reciprocating piston in a rotary motion around the fixing column.

– Fixation column: The movement of the fixing column depends on the amount of movement transferred from the plunger through the coupling.
